I had no idea that the first "R" was Refuse. (I thought there were only three Rs...) I will think about more things I can refuse.

I took a CO2 monitor on my commuter train today and learned the level was at 1841ppm, which is nasty because it is healthiest below 1000!

Action
I printed the Food (Protein) page and put it on my kitchen cupboard. (And grabbed a handful of peanuts as a reward snack.)

I put effort into making sure my café recycles everything we possibly can, uses compostable take out containers and creates as little waste as possible.

I went away this weekend on a girl's trip and brought my own water bottle, so I never had to use a plastic / single use one!

I am now using cloth napkins to cut down on paper towel/paper napkins. I also composted and used a reusable water bottle at the gym :)

I read the Agency Architecture and was very impressed by its logic, presentation, and the overall consistency of its argument on how to address and solve the climate challenge.

I looked at the website with curiosity. I made a commitment to think and act differently through the lens of reducing emissions. My work in the school community can have a positive effect in helping students really commit to reducing our carbon footprints.

I read this site, shared it with my partner, continue to use heat pumps to heat and to keep temps in the house to a reasonable level, turn off lights, recycle, etc. And I'm keen on this site and will spread the word!
